I give this location 0 stars.
A few days ago, I ordered 3 scoops of ice cream at the Des Plaines location on Oakton, and the scoops were extremely small. Today, I went to the Dunkin' location in Elk Grove Village and received the large scoops I was used to getting before.

Dunkin' offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly service and delicious donuts. Customers appreciate the cleanliness and efficiency of this location. The staff goes above and beyond, such as reprinting receipts and allowing the use of the bathroom without a purchase. While some mention the need for faster service, overall, it remains a favorite spot for many Dunkin' lovers.
