Great customer service!
Not bad, but not great either. Service was normal, but delayed. I waited about 8-10 minutes before a male employee took my ice cream order. There was only one employee before a second arrived and helped me; this might be due to the pandemic and staffing issues.The first, female employee didnt greet me, or tell me to wait, so theres that. She was busy doing drive through orders so I cant expect her to help right away, but I think thats also how they operate.Anyway, pretty normal...read full review
