Nice, very tiny place. Good beer. Seating is not the most comfortable, lots of backless bar stools and small tables. Within the location is a business where they press cremated ashes into diamonds. Fine. But then brewery stuff is stored in the dead people processing partitioned space. I don't get it.
A hidden gem. We stopped in on a Sunday evening. It is hidden in an industrial park, and on a Sunday there is very little activity. They offer a variety of beers , some unusual, like the jolly rancher. They were all very good., and they can be purchased in a different sizes. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and has indoor and outdoor seating. The server was very nice and his suggestions were great. Went on a Saturday night. The beer was solid. The vibes were good. I felt bad for the woman working the bar. She was flying solo and there wasn’t an empty seat in the house. It was definitely a change of pace for Des Plaines.
