“Ate here for the first time a couple weeks ago. This un-assuming spot had great veal and a fantastic Braciole. Prices were reasonable. Atmosphere is lacking (it's not fancy) but food is great. Good spot to take kids for some great Italian food. Will be back“

“Stefani’s Tuscany Café is probably one of the nicest restaurants I’ve seen inside O’Hare Airport. I ordered a pizza, which overall was decent, though I was surprised that the crust didn’t have the fresh, puffy texture I was expecting. Mine came out more like a thin crust—even though I didn’t order that style—so it left me unsure whether it was truly fresh or not. That said, the ingredients themselves were good.

I also tried a slice of cake, which wasn’t fresh but still tasted fine—an average dessert. Service was friendly, and I appreciated the variety of seating options, which makes it a comfortable spot for an airport meal.

Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a sit-down meal at the airport. There’s definitely room for improvement, but it’s still one of the better options I’ve come across here. “This was the perfect place for my daughter's baby shower. The room was lovely. The staff was excellent and the food was so good! We opted for the buffet. There was plenty of food. The ice cream sundae bar was a hit. All around? The perfect place. I cannot say enough good things.“
