First time to L & L Snack Shop but definitely not the last forSausag was excellent as were the steak and eggs. Hash browns with onions very tasty. Great service by extremely friendly family staff. Sia and her mother are top notch.

Stopped in last weekend for breakfast with 10 of my friends. We had a great breakfast , have to say I loved the ham , everyone got some with our breakfast ! Nice surprise.Will stop again when I'm in that area .I need a good holiday ham , would love to know what you guys buy ?

This place is a hidden gem out in the open. Family run business with excellent service and best breakfast/brunch I’ve had since moving to Des Plaines. The daughters make you feel welcome , and are so polite. This is my new go too! Highly recommended. Lastly, cash only.

Finally went back after 40+ years. The food is great, nothing fancy but great. We sat at the counter and watched the show. It's not everyday that you get to see a really talented short order cook, do her stuff. Left stuffed with eggs, pancakes, sausage and coffee. Everyone is super friendly. Even the fellow customers. It's great to see women running a great blue collar joint!

Owned by a very sweet family who provided great service. We felt like part of their family. Drinks were never empty and the food was ready super fast. Everything was hot, delicious, and made fresh, not frozen. The hash browns and ham were our favorite. We were just passing through but will definitely be back next time we're in the area.

Solid breakfast fare served by friendly folks. Cute cafe with booths and a counter. The usual breakfast choices, a somewhat more limited lunch offering. The ham is very tasty, the chef knows how to properly scramble an egg. Coffee is great. The hash brown potatoes are a bit bland, so add some salt and pepper to taste. Overall, friendly staff, great food. Highly recommend.

This was the one business I was so afraid it wouldn't survive the shutdown, but luckily it did; they have really quick and kind service, the food is good and they prepare it so fast, but you better be hungry when you go there. Delicious!!!
