This place is terrible you order food it's never on time I got the box home and the pizza was all mangled up I wish I would have looked before I left but I waited until I got home to find that I kept calling to tell them what I had seen never answer the phone so I gave up they just have terrible people working there no management whatsoever never will I ever go back there again.

Holy food poisoning. We were given “warm”, at best, pizzas and I ended up violently sick that whole night. Do not go here. Someone needs to do something about this location because I know my review isn’t the only one complaining about getting sick after eating here. The staff is also rude and impatient.

Rude staff. Walked in not acknowledged after standing there for over 5 mins. I said hello several times the rounded woman gave me a dirty look and I said hello again and the guy screamed I’ll be right with you. They acted as I was an inconvenience to them. They have horrible customer service and I did not get the food I paid for due to staff carelessness. They have the nerve to have a tip jar. Here’s a tip acknowledging customers, attitude adjustment, and better customer service. Lastly, if hate your job find a new one. customers provide you with job security. Will not return and dont recommend.

The thin crust pizza is about the best thing Little Ceasars has gotten on the men since introducing their wings. The Pizza Portal was an absolute genius idea.

Horrible. I waited 40 minutes after my online order. Told the customer service person twice my name my order never got to the portal pickup was in a back warmer the whole time was dry and disgusting. I wasn't offered anything for my wait and inconvenience. I will never go there again I work in the fast food business I know its a hard job but really I only saw 1 person with gloves on that is just wrong when ur dealing with people's food!

My order was ready on time however the quality of my food was terrible. I use to work at Little Caesars so I know what I'm talking about when I say that they are not sticking to the recipe. The sauce does not taste at all like the recipe. The dough is the same way and is under cooked the majority of the time. As for the employees....well. I don't care if hate your job and I don't care if you feel like you are being under paid. I don't care if you don't like serving specific customers because of your prejudice. You have a job to do and you owe to yourself to do it right. This is food service. People can die from food poisoning if you are not careful and yes you will be held fully responsible if someone does and when accountability comes for you, it will do so without prejudice and to the fullest extent of the LAW. Yes your job is that serious and you better start acting as such. The problem with this location is that there seems to be a lack of legitimate leadership from those who are in charge and it shows in the quality of food and the attitudes of the employees. It's very easy to compare service from other locations. They at least get it right and have 4 to 5 times as many customers. This location is practically empty 90% of the time, wonder why, for the quality of the food to be this bad. This location doesn't have a dinner time rush at all, wonder why? No one is lining out the door for food from this location like others, wonder why? Has poor reviews, wonder why? Employees look lost or like they don't want to be there, wonder why? I have a solution... Have the regional manager fire all management at this location and hire someone with a "take no prisoners" attitude to whip this place into shape. Fire all the baby faces because of their lack of effort. Fire everyone who has an ego. Fire everyone who I applying personal prejudice to the work place. Keep your personal feelings about the public to yourself. If you want legit Little Caesars food, go to another location. If you want to risk death, keep trusting this location, they have no problem sending you to an early grave

Located in a mini strip mall, I find this location perfect for a fast pick up and a few quick trips to surrounding stores. I've experienced courteous employees, both over the phone and in person. I usually phone in my order to ensure a fresh made pizza and when I pick up my order its just as I requested and on time.The location itself is quite small, however their offerings are the same as every other Little Ceasars. Again, the location is ideal whether for a one stop shop for pizza and pop or if you're across the street at Jewel or Aldi and want to stop in real quick for a pizza to bring home.
