I see some of the reviews are from the mt prospect location which is not this one. Went to that one and terrible, waited an hour for me to get a refund in the end because I could not handle the service anymore. Came here instead and as always, calm and polite. The same guy is always there, I walk in and he hears the bell on the door and immediately takes my order which he always does when i tend to go to this location, asked him how long it would take because I had already waited...read full review
