Passed by on my way home from work after midnight, ordered a $5 meal and an extra McChicken. The person at the window hardly spoke English, which isn't typically an issue for me, but this time, the poor girl had a particularly hard time understanding "I have a code."
The McChickens were tough and tasted like they were a week old, Definitely older chicken patties were used, as they were dry, dry, very dry. The fries were decent, and the chicken nuggets were great, but they are hard to mess up.
The staff is always pretty friendly, and the food is always pretty decent, but this time around I was pretty bummed about it. If I and my wife weren't already pretty hungry, we probably would have turned back around to complain, but, but that point, we were both already some bites into the sandwiches.

Horrible service. (Sat 8am)Lady at the register had a line of people. She decided to stop helping the people in the line and serve the food to the customer she just rang up who happened to be the same ethnic as her. Me and the rest of the line left and went elsewhere. This was an example of horrible customer service.

Huge shout out to Maria who took her precious time arguing 3times how my mobile pick up order wasn't ready, when the monitor AND the bag (MY ORDER) sitting right in front of us said otherwise. Reality betrayed her and she doesn't deserve it.

Employee who I spoke to and corrected my order was not professional stating it wasn't his fault and did not apologize for the mistake. He told me I didn't get charged for the missing cheese so it's not his problem. When I placed my order initially, the worker repeated me the order to make sure but still did not include the cheese. I had to drive back from my house to replace my order. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this mcdonalds messed up my order. Last time they forgot to put fries in my nephews happy meal. Never returning back to this mcdonalds

The management at this establishment is very disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not consider returning. Several times, I’ve overheard staff speaking in Spanish about customers in a disrespectful manner.
On numerous occasions, I’ve also received incorrect orders, and when I requested a correction or a refund, the staff was unwilling to assist. This lack of professionalism and poor service quality left me quite dissatisfied.
The truth is that today we were with my family and the truth is, the service is bad, the lady who takes the Order is hateful and rude with her way of being and the other thing is, the boy takes people out with the food half done because it is 10 pm the truth is they are rude because somewhere else they wait for the customer to finish and then they turn off the lights You know, the truth is, we always go to this place because it's close to our house, but it's not the first time I've seen that. Most of the staff are rude, even the managers on duty.

This mcdonald's has gone straight downhill! 7 people in line waiting to order. I was 3rd. It took 11 minutes to order and another 13 minutes to get my order. Thats right 24 minutes!! They can no longer call themselves " fast food" and by the way my order number was cleared off the board after 2 minutes.
