Hispanic lady/maybe Manager at closing shift needs to tone down her behavior before rushing to conclusions and acting like she knows everything, someone above has to teach those people a thing or two regarding to customer service and her own behavior to begin with.

As uber eats driver I went to pick up the order at 10pm in freezing cold weather. The Hispanic guy at the front literally misbehaved with me and told me to go back to the front and order again. The customer has already ordered online and they are the one who closed the door so why should the driver have to wait for all the cars to get their order and then get the chance to get theirs. Very bad service and hate that Hispanic guy you need to better job at behaving with customers and drivers.

Horrible costumer service! Especially the manager name Luis ? Today the app has an issue when I ordered. I show them what’s happening so one of the employees called the manager to try to help. This manager was very unprofessional even compared to one of the cashier. He said it’s not the McDonald’s problem it’s an apple problem so I can’t get the app exclusive deal. So then I explained and show him what was the problem. He doesn’t wanted to handle the situation. I closed McDonald app and reopened it and app showed me hummmm something is wrong..
then sometime if something happened on app. They usually understand and try to figure out because they know I haven’t used promotion today so I’m eligible to use. This manager was saying to me keep circling around that McDonald location until app works. He can’t accommodate it. Then while I was explaining he said do you want free coffee? Is that what you’re looking for? I’ll give you free coffee. Is it make you feel better? Did I asked him FREE COFFEE?? Then when I ask his name, he doesn’t wanna give it to me. So one other employee gave me his name very bad customer service ever !!!!! I was not looking for free coffee. So I paid.
I was trying to get my McDonald app deal. This very unprofessional manager handled the situation so bad shouldn’t be in charge of this place !!!!!!! Are you kidding me ?? Very shameful

I ordered 3 McChickens, Big Mac meal, and a Happy meal with extra medium fries, through the drive-thru .They forgot to hand me the 3 McChickens my extra fries and the fries that comes with the big make meal. I didn't check my bag until I drove, there were a lot of cars behind me. Once I realize more than half my order is missing, I go back in the drive-thru and tell them. They give me no problems. However, they only handed me the mcchickens and forgot the two fries again. I didn't notice the second time until I was home. I didn't think they would forget twice... Anyways, won't be going back to this location again

A few weeks ago I had an issue with the two mcflurries I ordered so I contacted McDonald’s and Fabiola, one of the managers called me and said that next time I go to mention her name and that they would give me two replacement mflurries. So that’s what I did today. I went inside, dropped her name and that she said I could get two replacements and they said no. I walked out very upset. It’s not about not getting my ice cream but it’s more about customer service and having respect towards the customers. I will not be returning, even for the free ice cream.

The cashier was just plain rude and ignorant. I don’t mind the language barrel but the the fact you have the audacity to act like we the customer is bothering you and we the customer are just plain stupid. The way she talks to customers was just plain disrespectful. After paying for my meal she just walked away and forgot to give my drink she had to hand it to the customer behind me to hand it to me. Then when I said it was to go had a look as if I was bothering her . Had she ask while I was the register we wouldn’t have had this issue. Again annoying look on her face like I did something wrong. So laughable. And to make it worse every uber eats person was greeted like it was a problem for them. Just plain rude attitude is crazy !

Every time I hit the drive-thru, they act like my order doesn’t exist until I show my receipt—multiple times. Then suddenly, the food appears from the back. It feels like a scam, like I have to convince them I even ordered. Either the staff is clueless or something shady’s going on. Don’t go here.

Very disappointing experience. I asked for Buffalo spicy sauce, but they gave me Tangy BBQ instead. When I requested the correct sauce, they asked me to pay for it. Completely unacceptable behavior from the staff. Won’t be coming back.
