Worst customer service ever! None of the employees and even the manager accept their responsibility to serve the customers! Zero knowledge about the online orders and below zero knowledge/desire regarding helping customers to solve issues. Finally after 20 minutes, someone from the drive-through section came up and helped us!! This store has the most useless manager ever! 👎

We ordered a couple of meals and two Big Mac's,one of them when opened was very messy, badly put together the bottom bun was in the middle,the middle one was on the bottom,it was taken back the presentation was terrible, looked like it was dropped and put together and sold, what McDonald's did is put this thing back together and tried to give it back and noticed it was the same one and someone on the register that took the order with the outside vest told them GIVE THEM A NEW ONE!I could not believe this McDonald's did this?? I understand that all are not the same! You go for a meal and do not expect a box full of mush Sorry for this bad review but you lost some ⭐ for this
This place is disgusting, filthy and smelly. I never tasted big Mack like this in my life, it had cream all over it was horrible, I probably won’t go to McDonald’s in a long time again. Service was horrible, I waited about 15 minutes inside for my order to get ready, or should I mention that the Spanish speaking lady came after me placed order to the Spanish speaking worker and she picked up her order about good 5 minutes before me. And the best of all was when I went to get my soda, my feet got stuck to the floor because of all the spilled soda, most likely hadn’t been mapped in weeks. My good advice to those who want to buy food here is ..DON’T
