I notice reviews are mixed since it changed from Mr. Pup to Americana. My experience was great. I ordered a 6" Italian sub and it was only six bucks, with fresh ingredients piled high. This was a legit deli sub and the best bargain I've found in the Chicagoland area.Perhaps the owner listened to the complaints and took them to heart. Maybe I just got lucky.There's the usual selection of dogs, burgers, gyros, Italian beef, and more. Prices are great on all of it....
The food is ok depending on who's preparing it. There is an older guy the cooks there. He is the best

This is a hidden gem for breakfast. Awesome, inexpensive breakfast sandwiches to go. Better than McDonalds at the same or similar prices. Our plumbing shop is just down the street, we'll be stopping in more often.
