This is not Papa Rays. Its papa jacks. With the same branding. This is not Chicago pizza. Although it would be hard to mess pizza up. It was just Pizza Hut OK. Very disappointing. Oh and they didn't know know what anchovies were...

Whoever answers phones made multiple mistakes on the call to place the order, whoever works the counter was very extremely when we picked up our food, and they didn't give me everything I ordered. They somehow managed to get every single part of the process wrong. Not wasting any more time or money on this place.

First time in Illinois. Food was fairly priced for the size of the food provided. Was absolutely amazing food. Employees were very polite down to earth. Definitely will eat here again when I come back through

We got deepdish Chicago style pizza and it did not disappoint. It was near closing and we had to wait very long for delivery as they were super busy, but man oh man was the pizza great! Would definitely order the exact same thing again.

Was quoted a 30 minute wait when I ordered the food on doordash. After an hour i called the restaurant and was informed my order would be picked up shortly. After another 30 minutes my food finally arrives and my pizza was ruined. Looked like they dropped the pizza and sent it anyways. Topping were all over the side of the box and I couldnt even eat the pizza. Attempted to salvage it, but what llittle i could get was disgusting. Ordering Taco Bell afterwards was definitely an upgrade.

We got a 2 pizzas and wings. The thin crust was 10/10 and the wings were good but the pan pizza was super chewy almost inedible. If you go for pizza don't get deep dish or pan. This my family's go-to pizza place and their prices are a little higher than dominos but the quality is beyond better.

Talked to a very nice lady and told her I was a truck driver. She took my order and was very professional and courteous. Ran out of hours and had no food. Papa Ray's to the rescue. Thank you to everyone for making my day. The pizza was outstanding and the cheesecake and the carrot cake. Nothin but love to all of you!!!!!!!!!

If you’re looking for pizza this is the place ! The crust was the perfect balance of crispy, the cheese was rich and gooey, and the toppings tasted fresh like they were just picked from the garden. Every bite was a little slice of happiness. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. You can grabbing a quick slice or sitting down for a full meal, this place also delivers what ever when ever.. Absolutely my new favorite pizza place..!
