The solution to a delivery driver going to the wrong address and cancelling my order isn’t to say “I don’t know what you want me to do about it.” Here’s a suggestion: remake my order?? Worst customer service ever.

Ordered $40 of food and they tell me they Dont accept $100s. Also they didnt package my food, the cashier just handed me a bag for my sandwiches. When I asked about them takong $100s, they told me its because they hadnt made enough sales that day.I dont do business with places that dont accept cash. If it wasnt for my son being there I would have walked out without the food. Last time to potbellies for me
i’ve seen potbellies all over the place, but I had never been to one until just now. I was not disappointed, it’s a nice little sandwich place but it’s got salads and other options too. I would definitely return, the decor was nice like an old New York deli, and even had outdoor seating, although it was too cold and rainy when we went. Easy parking.

I come here for lunch once a week and the sandwiches are good every time. All the negative reviews I’ve seen always has something to do with a third party (Uber eats, Door dash, etc).Skip all that ordering ahead, extra fees, and wrong orders and just show up to the storefront and you’ll get taken care of ??♀️it’s too many of you uptight and entitled a** people, so go to a fine dining establishment instead if you’re going to be so demanding. The staff are friendly, fast, and efficient.

This is the WORST Potbelly I've been to. I love Potbelly and was excited there was one on my route yesterday before I got to my destination. Never been to this one before and never had an issue at any Potbelly really ... never day never !!I've noticed that at all locations , all the employees have a hat on or their hair pulled back tight . Well the first thing I see is this young man w his hair all crazy curly bushy hair just everywhere !!! All 3 employees were very unkept . I got to the station to order my sand which and there was a bag of bread sitting there with MOLD on it. Now I should have left and run but I didn't I told her about the mold and she told , which I assumed was the manager , he said to just put it in the back. No apology or embarrassment I may add but the girl was apologetic. She threw 4 bags of bread in the back total!!! There were 3 of us total . As we paid I told the guy I have rewards twice ! He rang us up and I said... I HAVE REWARDS , he told me "oh sorry I could only do it while I rang you out" the manager turned around and said I'll do it . He did add it to my account , so guessing the guy was new ?! I threw away half of my sub too, never ever have I done that either !!! Between the hair , the unkept employees, the mold , rewards, and the not so good sub... I gotta go to a Potbelly today to right their wrong !!
