Rand Road House is the kind of spot that makes you feel like a regular the first time you walk in. It has that classic Midwest tavern charm—dim lighting, neon beer signs, and a friendly buzz of conversation that tells you people don’t just come here to eat, they come to relax. The menu is full of hearty comfort food, and my burger came out perfectly charred on the outside and juicy inside, piled high with fresh toppings. Rand Road House delivers fresh hot food and ice cold brews. Stopped in for lunch while waiting for my vehicle to finish across the street. I came just in time for 1/2 Price Burger Tuesday. Ordered a 1/2 pound burger with lettuce, tomato, onions and cheese and boy was it delicious, The patty was cooked exactly as requested medium rare and-just fabulous. Nothing could be better than an ice cold beer and the bottled Old Style was great! Bar staff was attentive and friendly... Rand...
Great bar atmosphere, really good food, the pizza is good too. Friendly bartenders. I've been told the building is over 100 years old. It doesn't look that way on the inside though. Lots of tv's and music too.
