Picked up my in-store pick up order and went to grab a few napkins because it was not inside the bag, and one lady manager from the kitchen said to me that there is enough sauces inside, FIVE FIVE FIVE in each box. I didn’t even put my hand inside to grab the sauces. RUDE & UNETHICAL. if she does that again or stops me to taking extra sauces while i actually want, what should i do?

They sent me an entirely wrong order with my receipt on it. The outside of package receipt shows my order, but inside foods were different. When I called to inform them, the store lady was very rood and hung up on me. Even though I was speaking so politely. It happens quite a few times, especially in winter, when it's hard to drive out in the cold. The lady in this location acts very bossy and doesn't even have any manners at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞
Vegetarian options: Instead of vegetarian they send meat.

The guy in the drive through had a terrible attitude. I had to correct something on my order prior to paying. He scoffed at me and said “next window”. Rude as hell. As someone who has worked in customer service. That’s never okay.

Where's the chicken?? Both tacos were like this. This is an expensive lettuce and cream tomato taco. Your training employees to put bare minimum, but the prices stay going up

Im so mad because they served me a taco without any filling..it was flimsy and all taco shell...i paid for the taco shell basically... im upset thanks alot!
I hate complaining about food restaurants as I know its a very tough job to do and used to work at one but this used to be my go to taco bell location as I live 1 block away. As I always order my food on my mobile app and always go to pick it up on the drive thru, there's a very rude lady working on the drive thru window, her attitude is horrible she would yell at me and some of the costumers ahead of me almost everytime, I went to pick up my mobile order as I would remind myself ehhh she's going thru that and it's fine, until this very last time where she started doing it a lot more and I decided to tell her to be nicer and that's where she exploded telling me a bunch of bad words and by threatening me. I asked for her supervisor or her manager and she went yelling they she is the manager, so I decided to leave and never go back to any taco bell location ever again. If you're reading this I will remind you that If you don't like your job and you feel like you're a slave just quit it don't make other people feel miserable just because you are one.

Ordered a lux craving box on 10-13-24 and on 10-11-24 the food on 10-11-24 tue tacos were crushed cold and soggy. Tonight my chips and cheese were missing. I called and the rude person saidi need to contact doordash who delivered bit I ordered from taco bell app. I said sir, he said I'm not a sir. It was a male voice. How am I supposed to know what gender or pronouns they use over the damn phone! Then hung up in me i teu to call back but I am assuming they have caller ID and do not answer. I will never ever order taco bell ever again due to their shitty service
