Taco Bell is a decent spot when you’re craving something quick and affordable. The food usually hits the spot, especially the tacos and burritos, but it’s not always consistent — sometimes the portions are small or the items come out a bit messy.
Service is generally fast, and the staff is friendly, but the quality can vary depending on the time of day. It’s good for a late-night snack or quick meal, but not something I’d go out of my way for. Overall, a fair three-star experience.

The reviews don’t seem to reflect it, but this is the best Taco Bell in the area. The one at Waukegan and Dempster is terrible, and the people at the one at Harlem and Howard are so rude and rushed along with the lousy food. I typically order the exact same things when I go to a Taco Bell, and I had thought that the food had just gone downhill in general due to my experience at the other two locations. Not the case at this one. Everything was fresh and hot, there was more filling than I’ve seen in years in my items, and the staff was nice enough, even though it was a very busy night at their drive-through.

I order specialty items and never have had an issue.....but when eating inside....is there ANYONE WHO CAN TUNE IN THE MUSIC?? The static will drive you nuts!!! Oh, and today there's no ice.

I don't know what happened to the African American (lady) Manager at this location, but it has gone downhill since she's been gone. If you ask for fresh fries, they still give you cold ones. The customer service is horrible. Rude nasty looks. I'm never going back there.

My Doritos Locos Tacos were old and soggy. I understand it was late night, but still. They were so soggy and old that the bottom of the tacos were stuck to the holder piece that they come in. When I pulled them out, they fell apart. And the Mexican Pizza I ordered, forget about it. Very old. No crunch. The napkins they gave me were good at least. Customer service was good, but the food was not fresh.
