Atmosphere was decent... the service was fair fast and prompt. The problem is the food. The chicken is clearly engineered and came out of a bag, as opposed to the shredded chicken I expected. There is one note to the food and that note is cardboard. You lost a customer today. TRASH

24/7 service, food made on spot not reheated. Dinner for 8 adults. Midnight dinner. Some customer wanted to fight while we where eating 😬 they where sitting behind us, they just kept it to the minimum staff didn't notice, but some guys looked drunk or high, not sure.
Food was fresh and so delicious. Staff were very friendly and were very attentive. Very clean restaurant.

Ok so never made a review before but what the hell, ordered 2 burritos w avacado, it was late ,about 1 am . Got home one burrito literally lettuce and sour cream only,NO FRIGGING MEAT, neither had avacado. Wth! Called back and she said you ordered an avacado burrito. I said yeah no and even if I did, its lettuce and sour cream on that 😖no damn avacado an honestly who orders an avacado burrito? Lol ridiculous was sooooo hangry and mad .

Without a doubt, this is the worst location in Chicago. Steak is always over cooked, dry, and tasteless. They also fix tacos with their hands with no gloves. The lady is really nice, though.

I usually go to tbk in des plains for a late night grab, it’s always good until today. I got 2 steak tacos plate, not only did my taco have a black hair in it, I found a hard item, small as a rock in my beans. This has never happened to me at this location but I honestly just won’t even bother going anymore. I will be calling to complaint but there’s nothing that’ll fix this.
