Food was abysmal. Restaurant is not particularly clean. Got calamari and it was rubbery and tasted like old, freezer-burned product. Pizza dough incredibly tough. Unfortunately, they could not serve any pasta during our visit so approximately 1/3 or more of the menu was unavailable. This was our first time here when coming thru ORD and it will most certainly be our last. Warning should have been how few people were seating. Trust and respect your gut and find another place to eat.

Great airport bar with GREAT service and STRONG drinks! The food was OK. Typical airport price gouging - a small cup of soup was $11.

Stefani’s Tuscany Café is probably one of the nicest restaurants I’ve seen inside O’Hare Airport. I ordered a pizza, which overall was decent, though I was surprised that the crust didn’t have the fresh, puffy texture I was expecting. Mine came out more like a thin crust—even though I didn’t order that style—so it left me unsure whether it was truly fresh or not. That said, the ingredients themselves were good.
I also tried a slice of cake, which wasn’t fresh but still tasted fine—an average dessert. Service was friendly, and I appreciated the variety of seating options, which makes it a comfortable spot for an airport meal.
Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a sit-down meal at the airport. There’s definitely room for improvement, but it’s still one of the better options I’ve come across here. With a little extra care on freshness, this place could easily stand out even more—I look forward to seeing it continue to improve.

Great for a quiet sit down meal. Food is more of a high end cuisine. Just expect very high cost. Reminded me of when I was traveling as an Operations Manager.
If you can afford to pay pricing, great go to place.

Food was just horrible, overcooked pasta , I had a very warm salad, tasted like it was left under a heating lamp

When one star is the smallest review I can give. First of all they don’t put the price of the draft beer on the menu and I was beyond shocked when A draft beer was $13.50. They are being intentionally deceitful and I would not sit foot in there again if it was the last place on earth to eat. Now for the food, the crust was so tough that it couldn’t even be cut with a knife and the sauce was on flavorful. They advertise that there was five cheeses on the pizza that would be incorrect mozzarella at best was the only cheese on there.

i know airport foods are generally not good quality and expensive , but didn’t expect this much low!! I ordered the five cheese pizza with caramelized mushroom. It was by far one the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. Tooooooo salty , too oily and the oil Even stinks. Don’t waste your money here.

We were seated and then pretty much ignored. 10min, no acknowledgement, servers passing us and helping folks seated after us. Place wasn’t packed or anything. Was looking forward to trying the food but we decided to leave since we didn’t feel welcomed.

Great find in the B gates! Delicious regional skirt steak that was tender and perfectly cooked, along with mashed potatoes and green beans. Love the Tuscany Salad, too! All was very very good!!

Oh my word this is an episode of Kitchen Nightmares if I’ve ever seen one. Everything is REALLY BAD and ROTTEN. And to make it even worse, expect to pay $150+ for 2 people!
The tomatoes were fermented and clearly rotten. The club soda in the bar gun was flat. The pizza does indeed taste like gasoline as others have stated. But my wife has the bistecca and the steak TASTED LIKE SHRIMP. It was so incredibly rancid.
There’s also no service unless you’re at the bar. Sammy at the bar is great, unfortunately we didn’t sit at the bar. You order from QR codes.
The food was so, so, so bad. For anyone to say this place makes a great meal — I question the validity of that statement.
Sadly the reviews for other spots in the airport are just as bad if not worse. So drink canned beer and sealed snacks from the vending machines and be on your way. You don’t go to this airport for the food.

Did not expect this at an airport. Our server was a lovely lady named Vanya. She took very good care of us while we were waiting for our connection. I was really surprised by the presentation and quality of the meal since we were at an airport. My zucchini was cooked perfectly and chicken was nice and tender. My daughter’s pasta was so delicious to her she ate the entire thing. If we ever come through Chicago again we will be eating here.
