Was here for breakfast - miserable drink selection.

They marketed latte’s on their sign and had them on the menu along with other options - but only has regular coffee available - no decaf either. Extremely limited food menu (four options)

The food and service were good. Just need to have available what is on the signs and menu

Literally, the worst food you can imagine. And I was expecting a low quality dinner at the airport. And Stefani’s Tuscany exceeded it. We ordered the chicken and zucchini. Incredibly dry. I cooked better chicken breasts from the frozen section at Costco. The salt, my lord, hypertension level. The Eggplant was mush. The chicken parm was clownish. All of it with the cheapest pasta noodle you couldn’t find on the bottom shelf of your worst local grocery store.

The only thing tStefanis can’t mess up is a straight pour of liquor. That’s the only reason it’s not a 1 star.

After a night of travel delays and disappointments, I stumbled upon Tuscany Cafe and boy, am I grateful I did! I was warmly welcomed by Zoe with a smile and the impeccable professionalism and kindness she exudes. Her attention to service, the Italian coffee like my Nonna used to make, and the delicious take away food turned my day around and made me rekindle my love for Chicago. What a fresh reprieve Stefani's Tuscany Cafe provided for me this morning. Thank you Zoe!

Place wasn't very clean around us.

Service was odd and long.. My partner got his dish first. I got mine 20 minutes after him. My pizza was raw and cold inside. Looked like a frozen pizza. Our server was nice and very apologetic.
Do not recommend this place.

Excellent food, excellent service! Quite possibly the best Fettuccine Alfredo I've ever tried. 10/10 will be here again when flying through

Seated by a very Italian lady. She treated us like family. The pizza we ordered was very good and arrived quickly.

Gave this place a shot during a work trip. Food, service, and atmosphere was great! Prices were "reasonable" for an airport establishment.

Food is good for airport quality but the service is not attentive or focused on upselling. Give me a dessert menu!

Quite good food and great service for an airport restaurant. Came for breakfast with time to spare and had a good meal for the same price as airport take away. Would recommend for those looking for a spot with time until their flight.

10 seconds review : Subpar meal. Lacking cozy/melty cheese, pasta uncared for, average flavors (not the pasta, though, since it felt as if submerged in water-only)

Wholehearted review :

..Read this article about how good of a try this place was when long-layover (2+hours) and decided to give it a shot.. Only do it if you feel desperate for high-priced food without the love. It's edible but not worth the walk (15 minutes from concourse H), not the price.

..Was sat almost immediately ✨️ by a kind human.

..Asked the lady sitting next to me (on her way out) how was her meal. She replied with a frowny face and a thumb down. Not good, she said, with a eastern-european accent. She said the drink was $20 dollars and nothing especial, but decent but the food, that was a definite 'no' for her. I thanked her for her honesty and life went its ways.

..The dish got to me. I looked at it and liked the reduced portion and was pleased (I don't tend to finish big meals when not ravenous and hate leaving lefties). It's about 60% of your typical American size portion.

..Looks, it didn't look amazing but oh well.

..Flavor. Nothing extraordinary. Basic flavors. Cheese was too salty. Pasta has no taste (not even oil nor salt) on its own.

..Texture. Bland. And ooh my overseer(s), daaang, that eggplant sensation/texture.. oooohweee, no Sir/maam.. Edible, yup, and it tasted like eggplant, but that's about it. Eat it when having a great conversation with someone so you can't pay attention to that eggplant.

..Inasked for the check. The waiter was speedy and cordial. The pen didn't have enough ink, hahaha, someone has my back.

That is it.

Enjoy life !! Love yourself... LEARN !!
