Absolutely delicious! We enjoyed gnocchi and lasagna. Generous portions, looking forward to my leftovers.

Excellent place to eat primo Italian food. Dined in with a 12 person group and the bill came to 45 a person. Street and lot parking are available. Metra station is across the street. Get a Reservation, place was full on a Wednesday night. BYOB and wine is available. Service was great and food arrived on time.

I don't understand why I read 1 star reviews from some unhappy customers. This place is small mom and papa restaurant with friendly waiters and waitresses, good authentic Italian food, food is prepared after order is placed so it takes little long time this is not McDonald's you have wait till whole order is prepared. If I were you ignore all one and 2 ? review yes it is little noisy, it is because place is small and people are sitting near and talking people coming here to enjoy and eat this is restaurant not hospital. Definitely deserve 5 star all over.

We had been to the old location and new location years ago. The calamari was the worse I ever had. Nice light batter but no flavor. Shrimp Risotto was not flavorful, the Cod and pasta was ok. The lasagna was the better of the three, but still not great. May we hit this place on a bad night. Won’t go back.

Salad was very good But for regular dinners They need to include vegetables, potato et cetera
They have so many items. You have to purchase separately

Took family out b4 kids head back to college. Kids are all 21 now so BYOB for 5 makes it easier. Food was very good and enjoyed simple menu with authentic choices. Service was good but a little slow at times....but in hind sight we sat and talked and not being in such a rush was good a touch of my past visits to Italy....eat...eat, talk then walk. Owner walked the floor and stopped by a few times and share some of her history. Wife and Husband are theowners with roots from Rome and annual visits back to the city an d visits to shore in summer. This place is a gem......Via Roma.
