Via Roma is truly a Des Plaines gem - authentic Italian food you simply won't find better anywhere else. I've enjoyed both lunch and dinner here - casual meals, in larger groups or with clients and everything is always spot on. The service is warm, atmosphere welcoming and when the weather is nice, al fresco dining is a treat! I love trying something new each visit, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Its so hard to choose a favorite! Highly recommend.
Very very loud, hard to hear. Asked waiter if could split beef lasagna without the spinach. She said to just pick spinach off. Brought lasagna & plates for us to split. Never ask if needed check split. Never asked if needed more to drink. Parking is terrible. After driving around block twice finally pulled into a lot that says parking for Via Roma customer no handicap until we parked walked then say handicap parking next to building. Very poor markings for parking. Will never...
