Listen, Bailey? Shes the best. I dont get a super long break, and I know that jersey Mike's is always busy. But Bailey is hands down phenomenal. When you ask someone if theyre busy busy on the inside, and this wonderful woman has my entire order put in and almost completely done by the time I get there, and it wasnt even rushed. Her sandwich was perfect đź‘Ś. It was beautifully made. Not sloppy or falling apart.
Greats subs but the mobile app doesn’t save your address or delivery instructions, so if you select “delivery” one time, then select “in store pickup” the next, if you try to reorder a delivery you have to type everything out again. May seem nitpicking but honestly this is 2025 we shouldn’t be complaining about simple things like this
Everyone is SO kind and welcoming at this Jersey Mike’s! The manager (I think) thanked us for choosing Jersey Mike’s when we had other choices which was so genuine and heart warming and immediately put a big smile on my face! We were passing through Dixon but we will stop every time we pass through! Thank you Jersey Mike’s of Dixon, IL! ?
