They were very busy but very slow. Probably under staffed for the day I was there. Took an order made other orders before taking the next in lines order. Waited 18 mins for 2 drinks and a danish.
Just never consistent quality. I go to this Dixon location and it's a miss 50% of the time. I placed a mobile order today (one drink) and it took 35 minutes, defeating the purpose. They were busy, but they also seemed understaffed and the servers were getting sloppy because they were rushed (putting out drinks that weren't full or tops not on). The atmosphere was cool and inviting, and the customer plans to return. However, some customers expressed disappointment with the recent changes, noting that they can no longer get coffee in ceramic cups when dining in and miss the ability to customize their drinks. Despite these issues, the staff continues to work hard, and the coffee quality remains good.
