Had a great experience here. Miguel runs a great bar and knows how to make the guest feel right at home. I order led some takeout and a couple margaritas and was actually blown away by the food and service. When a bartender/establishment blows away my expectations it really makes my day. Money well spent at Fonda de Paola. Thanks Fonda and big thanks to Miguel for the incredible hospitality!!!!!!
Their main salad was delicious. We tried their staple guacamole appetizer and it was also delicious. Highly recommend. We had a great time. The waitress was very attentive.
The food, the service, the atmosphere since the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was phenomenal! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning! They make a fresh guacamole at your table and it was incredibly delicious! The drinks , the dinner and the dessert were all a hit! Thank you for an amazing time!

Fonda de Paula is a restaurant that offers a great experience with phenomenal food, service, and atmosphere. Guests have enjoyed warm fresh chips, salsa, and bean dip, along with their staple guacamole appetizer and fresh guacamole prepared table side. The main salad was delicious, and the taco gobernador and taco de costilla were packed with flavor, with the gobernador well balanced and the costilla tender and perfectly seasoned. The drinks were excellent, including a margarita flight, and the mezcal selection is one of the best. The dinner and the dessert were all a hit, with delicious flan and delicious entrees. The staff is attentive and welcoming, making guests feel right at home, and the service from the moment of arrival to leaving was phenomenal. Everything is made fresh and with care for the quality of their food and drinks. Fonda de Paula is highly recommended for an amazing time.
