I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company. I had not been to Olive Garden since you guys moved. I enjoyed my food. Hat off to the cooks. I will return very soon.
I called in an order for two to go. When I got there the girl that was supposed to be doing the to go desk was in the back for several minutes cussing and playing with the guys in the back. She over charged me just for Alfredo sauce and my food had been sitting there the whole time. Was a really bad experience and probably won’t return and I do not recommend the to go service if this person is still doing it.
Had lunch with friends. Food and service was excellent however we were seated in room with large tables for large groups which is fine but very loud. My problem was with the handicapped parking. Parking is a distance from front door and no drop off area for those who simply can’t walk very far. They really didn’t think that through when designing parking lot. Food good but parking a problem!!!
