“Deleted a 1 star review to replace it with a 5 star. I booked a rental at 11:30am to take some swings at a place with some feed back and that wasn’t outside with this recent heat wave and rain. Got to the location and it was still closed. Frustrated, I left the 1 star review. A few hours later I was contacted by Andres the manager at xgolf downers grove and he explained the mix up and apologized. Nowadays that goes a long way. Mistakes happen and it’s really refreshing when a company takes this approach. Thank you Andres for reaching out, it shows your commitment to the brand and to making sure that everyone that comes through the door has a top shelf experience.“

“It was pretty good. Food was the saving grace. Was with a large group of over 8 people, so gratuity was automatically added, and they refused to do separate checks. Since it was 3 families. Since the gratuity was already included, the service was average at best. Also, advertise a rewards program but no way to gain rewards since POS system is not set up for it.

Parking: No issues with parking.

They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . I can’t say enough about my neighborhood bar and grill! Good food, atmosphere,and the people are friendly and make you feel like coming back.🏈🐻 Great place to watch sports and cheer DaBears.“

“omg I was pleasantly surprised. The food was soo good. They had a good beer and bourbon selection. The beer cheese fondue is yummy. The burgers were real meat perfectly cooked. I am definitely coming back!“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“Chart Attack Saves Christmas was hosted here! I think playing punk versions of pop songs and rock versions of Xmas songs really did save the holiday. 😅 That was close one! Anyway, thanks for letting 5 old men feel young again at your venue!“
