“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

“My friend celebrated her birthday there, it was okay I mean the club is a great vibe but the staff didn't make us feel all that welcomed, they just started at us most of the time but when other ppl came in they were attentive there's a man that walks around very intrusively looking at your table for I guess garbage and just tak6e it off the table no excuse me or waiting until you're done with your food, I didn't purchase any food I just had a long island ice tea which was watered down 👎🏾. Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.“

“Me and my coworker went here after a long trip coming to Chicago. Bartender found out we were from out of town and introduced us to all the regulars. Drinks were amazing. The regulars made us feel very welcome. Will definitely have to stop by again the next time I come to Chicago.“

“The food was great. Love the onion rings. The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. Why did the male host ask us to switch our seat???? Food: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5“
