“Really cool local neighborhood spot! Babe’s has a fun atmosphere with pink everywhere, which gives the place its own personality without feeling overdone. You can tell they’re passionate about creating a space that celebrates women athletes and women’s sports, and that makes it feel different from your typical sports bar.
They have some really good mixed drinks along with a solid selection of cans and bottles. The beers were ice cold, the bartenders were great, and the whole place had that welcoming neighborhood-bar feel that you just don’t find much anymore.
Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a few drinks and to watch a game!“

“Great local spot for wings, pizza, beers, music & vibes. Staff it great. It does get pretty busy or packed some times so having patience is key if you are going in hangry. Overall a great selection if you want the neighborhood bar outing.“

“We dined at Hillgrove Tap for a Moms day out event today. They were fantastic handling our group. Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. And they were so organized. Marc was one of the people who helped make our lunch so enjoyable, thank you Marc and team! We do not live in this town but will be bringing my family back soon! Thanks for the great experience!“

Absolutely awesome place. Service was greatest I’ve had in probably years (Shawn? Sean?). The GM came and talked to me - really great guy. This monstrosity of a venue is a very tight run ship. Every area of this place was clean and everybody was wonderful. That explains why there were so many people in the middle of the week.
I would challenge anybody who came here and didn’t have a wonderful time to talk to Management. This place is so on point. I’m pretty sure that if you don’t like it, it’s not the place, it’s you.“

“Great place to visit. Very comfortable surroundings. Great get away place to think during the early evenings. My favorite time to visit is around 11:00-5:00pm. I listen to great music have a beer or two and play the slot machines. At times win big!!! Victoria's has all types of music, in- expensive drinks, ales and spirits. Fabulous owners and friendly regulars. Private Parties in doors and out doors. You will be glad you stopped by.“

“We enjoyed the World Cup Final at Mac’s and had a great time (especially with the Cubs game on the other TV). Everything on the menu we had was fairly tasty, and both the food and drinks were extraordinarily reasonably priced, especially for Wicker Park. The staff were incredibly overworked and I felt bad stopping the waitress each time while she was literally sprinting around. Hope they can get some help, but I will definitely be back!“

“Dropped into this spot a couple times on my way home from shopping. You can tell it's a local type of dive where the folks all pretty much know each other. Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.“

“We happened to be working in the small town of Hodgkins and stumbled upon this place. It has a small town feel where everyone is super friendly and everything we have tried so far on the menu was AMAZING! The burgers are the best Around! “My friend celebrated her birthday there, it was okay I mean the club is a great vibe but the staff didn't make us feel all that welcomed, they just started at us most of the time but when other ppl came in they were attentive there's a man that walks around very intrusively looking at your table for I guess garbage and just tak6e it off the table no excuse me or waiting until you're done with your food, I didn't purchase any food I just had a long island ice tea which was watered down 👎🏾. The best thing was the DJ JE IS AWESOME 😎👍🏾✌🏾🫶🏾 FR 📢 I WOULDNT HAVE A PAETY THERE BUT TO EACH THEIR OWN I RESPECT THAT. AT THE LIKE 15 MINUTES TILL OUR ENDING TINE AR 10BPM THEY STARTED HOVERING AROUND ALMOST LIKE PUSHING US OUT IR REMINDING US OF OUR TIME I JUST DIDNT LIKE IT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL THEY ALL NEED TO BE CRITIQUED ON HOW TO BE MIRE FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR PRICES FR.“

“This was our first time visiting, and my friend and I were looking for a quick bite after a stressful week. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the staff were really helpful. We asked for recommendations, and they offered several options. We went with their suggestions, and everything we tried was delicious! Some of the dishes were new to us, and I genuinely enjoyed everything. We had fun, and the food and drinks made for a really satisfying visit.“

“Went it for a loaded Bloody Mary. It was great. The people seemed really friendly (employees and customers)
The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“
