“My friend celebrated her birthday there, it was okay I mean the club is a great vibe but the staff didn't make us feel all that welcomed, they just started at us most of the time but when other ppl came in they were attentive there's a man that walks around very intrusively looking at your table for I guess garbage and just tak6e it off the table no excuse me or waiting until you're done with your food, I didn't purchase any food I just had a long island ice tea which was watered down 👎🏾. I listen to great music have a beer or two and play the slot machines. At times win big!!! Victoria's has all types of music, in- expensive drinks, ales and spirits. “Me and my coworker went here after a long trip coming to Chicago. Bartender found out we were from out of town and introduced us to all the regulars. Drinks were amazing. The regulars made us feel very welcome. Will definitely have to stop by again the next time I come to Chicago.“

“Dropped into this spot a couple times on my way home from shopping. You can tell it's a local type of dive where the folks all pretty much know each other. Though I was an outsider, I was properly greeted by a few and the customer service was good and friendly. It's the other few that look at you like you don't belong, especially if you're on a slot game they want.“

“I went to this bar to watch Blackhawks games saw them win Stanley Cups 2010 and 2013, drinks were very good, the owner was nice, the people were nice, always had good times.“

“The vibe is so chill and laissez-faire, some people play chess, some cards, some people watch sports on the various TVs. The drinks are solid and the service is good.

It's a safe, warm environment! The food window is just what it is, lol. You can order from the full menu, tacos, pizza, fries, chicken and salads!“

The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“

The host on the other hand, told my sister that we had to move to a different seating because the seat we was sitting at originally is for more than two people. So we moved to a different seat. Two caucasian lady come in and sit at the same table we moved from and nothing at all was said to them. We later was told that we can seat ourselves, which makes this situation even more confusing. Why did the male host ask us to switch our seat???? Food: 5/5 | Service: 2/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5“
