“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

They are health conscious with their offerings; I’m a diabetic so I eat a lot of salads,and chilli. You can see that if you’re not satisfied with your order or service they will fix it and pronto . The bathroom needs to be gutted. It’s terrible. I got water all over my self from something leaking. Looks like they have put 30 coats of paint over everything. It’s falling apart in there! The lighting in the bar was terrible. It literally feels like I’m in a dark basement. I would love to see this place get an over haul because it was great potential with the nice staff and great customers. Very very very welcoming!!“

It was a busy night due to the concert, but service was very slow-looked like they were very short staffed. The food took a long time, but was decent. The bus boy, Jimmy, was VERY helpful and pleasant! I'd give him 5 stars for effort.“
