“Today was my first time eating at Lucca Grill. We went during lunch and I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich dipped in parmesan sauce and homemade chips. It was delicious! Our waitress was fantastic! She greeted us as we walked in and gave us great service! We are definitely going back and will have to try the pizza.“

“Really great recipe. Near Detroit style perfection. My only issue at this branch is they do not know how to cook a pizza. The oven is either too hot with the pizza not able to cook thoroughly or too cold and the pizza is not left in long enough. Set the oven to 600 degrees and determine your cook time. If the dough is raw in the center and burnt outside then lowering your dough amount per pie. If it is cooked in the center but burnt outside then add dough. But always keep your oven at 600, find the right dough volume and consistent cooking time and you'll have a perfect pizza. You're recipe is outstanding but I've overed over a dozen 4 corners and nevertheless had one cooked properly. Once it was very close.“

Parking: It's kind of hard to find a parking spot at times in such a small area.

“I'll start with what was great. First, the Service, i waited a while for my food to be done only to realize when i ordered from the app, i ordered from the wrong Ceasars!!! So i called the correct Ceasars and they said to all the local management. I did and they were willing to fulfill my order, even though they didn't need to. That was really great of them.Then they took care to remind each other i was there. Awesome service!!!There wasn't anything bad with the food but it is little Cesar's and we eat there because it's affordable. And for what we pay, it's good!!The atmosphere was rated lower also because it's not a place built to wait. So there's not a lot of chairs and standing can get crowded on a Friday lunch.I'll def come back and buy more.“

“I love D.P.! I really appreciate the late night delivery. The online app is the best! I even get points after ordering which gets me free zones!! For someone who works late night I am thankful you guys stay open late. The staff there is super chill and alway help with recommendations. “Used to be a frequent at the old firehouse. My wife and I used to have once a week date nights there. Since going vegan they finally have a vegan cheese option and it’s very good. The XL New York vegan cheese is our go to! The old location and the ambiance was better overall and customer service here is really lacking but you do what you gotta do! Will be ordering again.

Parking: Parking is always a gamble because uptown normal is always busy unless the students are gone. Easy to access if you’re walking around but parking isn’t great to pickup or dine in.“

“City where I live used to have Godfather's and when looking for a place ti eat, location popped up. Every bite took me back to my youth and was even delicious the next day. It was so good, looked for a closer location and had to do it again.“

“One of the first customers through the door on Saturday of ISU graduation weekend. Not terribly busy, yet, buy our server was spectacular. We never had an empty glass, our food was out faster than I can ever recall at this location, and she had a smile the entire visit.“

“I went here on 10/22 around 8:45pm, and I note the time and date so management here can look up the guy and gal working the kitchen at the time because THEY WERE SO COOL AND GOOD TO ME. For real, give these two a raise. Their dynamic, the small talk they made with me, and their attitude were enough to make me want to work at this Casey's, and this is coming from someone with two jobs already! They made me a couple of those pumpkin shaped pizzas, which looked divine and special by the way. The guy, who had sort of a warm Post Malone swag, commented on how he thought I would probably be the most popular guy at the Halloween party I went to because of the pumpkin pizzas they lovingly crafted for me. He wasn't wrong, people loved them, and I told them the tale of the dynamic duo working the kitchen at the time. These two were makin' it happen and they absolutely made my day. “Generally like this place. Good pizza, pretty decent price. Last time I was there, though, the staff seemed to be having a conflict amongst themselves, and it was awkward and uncomfortable. A male staff person could not keep his mouth shut with respect to a female staff member who was present, and it was obnoxious. Definitely seemed unprofessional and tainted my view of this place. I still like their pizza, but was not impressed with how staff handled this interaction.“

“The pizza is incredible! I love the options and the value for your money. I've encountered a few rude employees that maybe were having a bad day and had no more patience for anyone. Besides that the place is great!

Vegetarian options: There is a make your own option and there are a variety of veggies, toppings, cheeses, and sauces to put on your pizza that are vegetarian. They also have some good vegan options as well some on the menu and options for make your own.“
