I placed an order for an ice cream cake with a D20 on it. They call, say they can't print an edible image, so they can't draw it on a cake? It's letters, #s, and triangles in a hexagon? Baffling.
Went today only to have my order wrong again. My last 3 visits the order has been wrong when I got home. The staff is rude most of the time. This place is ridiculous. If you go back because of a wrong order they treat you poorly and argue with you.
horrible service. the “workers” are just flat out rude. went back after and order was messed up and just asked for the rest of the order. the food was pretty much thrown in the face and window slammed and the kid just walked away laughing. grow up. shouldnt have to try and go in to confront the person about what he did. just to see them on their phone laughing. doesnt make it better that when you call them to talk to a manager and they dont give the name of said person that...read full review
