It was Tuesday, so I had to have tacos. My favorite taco recently has been shrimp. Most of the places I frequent, add large grilled tacos. I was surprised to see small shrimp bites here at Casa Romero. They may have been small, but the flavor was still huge and enjoyable. This is our go-to Mexican spot in the Wood River/East Alton/Bethalto area. Service is always prompt, friendly, and accurate. Sometimes we go here for our work lunch and can be in and out within 30 minutes. Food is fantastic with a fairly standard menu. Margaritas are great as well!Try the steak burrito! It's LOADED with steak!
