I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience at Sip & Play. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The waitress/bartender was great, and wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted while we were there. I will go back.

Just stopped through to check out local winery. Was treated like outsider. Asked lots of questions about where I was from what I did for a living. Basically like I was at a job interview. Didn't know I needed a resume to sample wine. Owner showed up , very snobby and acted like I was very intrusive. I bought a bottle of wine . Was trying to enjoy . Talking with server . The owner said bet you're tired of that , meaning myself and the server's conversation! At that point. Asked the server to cork the bottle and prepare for leaving. Been to several winery's across the United States . Illinois law is to cork and seal in a seal bag. I was sent out with white paper bag with cork. I had to pour out wine and dispose of empty bottle. With tasting and food and bottle of wine over 50.00. Won't return!!

The owners have done a FANTASTIC job to this place! It is so cute and I love the private gaming stations. BONUS is the yummy yummy wine!!

This is a beautiful and quaint place to go relax and unwind while playing your favorite game! Bonus, the wine & food is so good, if you've never had Wild Pickens wine you are missing out! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!
