Great burger and onion rings.

Great food and awesome staff!

Last night ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Fries were good, homemade style, enjoyed them. Cheeseburgers were hockey pucks. They had sat on the flattop till most of the cheese was gone, melted away, and there was no moisture left in the burger. Top 5 worst burgers of my life. Would be hard pressed to stop back. $17 with tax seems way over priced. the kitchen staff needs some training.

I had a BLT Flatbread that was amazing

Had to order three different times and they still managed to get one of the meals wrong an additional three times. None of us got the sides we ordered and one of the meals never came out. When we asked why that meal was delayed, they said the order never went into the system - again, after we ordered three times. Lack of attention and initiative for all aspects of the dining experience.

Very happy with the customer service here! We ordered a to go order & were missing some items. I called the next day just to let them know, and they were very appreciative and adamant on making things right. I will also add that the food was AMAZING even as a to go order! We will absolutely be trying them again, as mistakes happen, and we were met with respect and resolution.

First time going and won’t be the last! Food was delicious! I got the special lunch burger loaded with about everything you can think of and more. Table got flatbreads and wings. Everything was delicious and the pricing was great for the amount you get. This is definitely our new lunch spot

Amazing food along with some amazing service! Ordered my food during a rush and got it real quickly, bartender and other employees were super friendly! Overall a very great experience and would highly recommend going here if you’re lookin for a friendly local bar. Food was very reasonably priced as well as the drinks!

I have not had a bad meal from 231 and I have been trying a little bit of everything lately. Every time my family tries to get frappes though, it seems to be a hassle. Once, my stepdaughter asked for a frappe and I had to teach the guy behind the counter how to make it. Another time, my wife asked for one, our server said he would do it but he doesn’t really know how and they’re trying to phase it off the menu. A frappe is just milk, ice, flavor, and sometimes espresso, blended. Everything else has always been amazing. The owners are kind and caring!

Gary was outstanding went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Food and fries out of this world! highly recommend! We had the breakfast burger, curd burger, and jalapeño burger. If I could give it more stars I would!

Staff was using the baby changing table as a place to set things down. Clearly the changing table had not been cleaned in recent history. Where else are they cutting corners?
