I haven’t went into this place in a very long time bc it used to be alright in the late 90’s- early 2000’s, but then it took a huge downward spiral and was filthy and the food was just never good. That was pretty upsetting considering we go to the track every Sunday for the races! Today we decided to give it another chance and I’m glad we did! Omg I got a 30$ order from door dash and they totally ruin it. It was cold, nasty and didn't include my cheese fries that are not cheap but are DELICIOUS. I call up there and spoke to the new general manager and he was SO understanding and considerate. He apologized and went above and beyond to make sure I had the quality food I wanted. I've never had a problem with this BK because they have always made it my way and even more with this GM. ???
Children aren't allowed in the playground with out socks-WHY?! The socks you had so "conveniently" for $1 were completely black when we got home. When was the last time the play area was cleaned? I want to dip my grandkids in sanitizer. Do you need a dollar that bad? I wouldn't send my grandkids back in that thing without full body armor!
