Omg I got a 30$ order from door dash and they totally ruin it. It was cold, nasty and didn't include my cheese fries that are not cheap but are DELICIOUS. I call up there and spoke to the new general manager and he was SO understanding and considerate. He apologized and went above and beyond to make sure I had the quality food I wanted. I've never had a problem with this BK because they have always made it my way and even more with this GM. ???
Children aren't allowed in the playground with out socks-WHY?! The socks you had so "conveniently" for $1 were completely black when we got home. When was the last time the play area was cleaned? I want to dip my grandkids in sanitizer. Do you need a dollar that bad? I wouldn't send my grandkids back in that thing without full body armor!
Always enjoy my visit here with my grandkids. On a hot day or a rainy day it's the best place to take kids to get their energy out, play with friends and enjoy great food. Staff is always courteous, store always clean and if there is an issue the manager or staff jump right on it. Grateful for a indoor playground area and appreciate their hard work to keep it a clean and pleasant place to eat and play.
