I eat here often. It seems like there is no standard way to package the chicken at this restaurant. That means your biscuit will be in many pieces, and they put honey in the bag by default,but you have to ask for the butter. The dining room is consistently gross with a sticky floor. The employees don't look particularly clean. I've been to this location probably 20 times this year and I've never seen a manager.
So my husband went to the counter to pickup our order. The guy says name. He tells him our last name then raises his voice toy husband saying first name. It is very obvious he hates his job. 2nd our tenders looked like they had been in a warmer for hours! This was around 7pm on 3/20/2026. Our mac n cheese looked old as well.
