Every time I go to this location my order is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Tonight was no exception as I was shortchanged and when I came back to try to get what I ordered all the doors were locked and I was ignored when I went to the window. I honestly don't understand how this location stays open. The customer service at this location is trash.

Just ordered a “family meal!” Paid $32 for some old, hard, chicken and fries from KFC. Absolutely disgusting…. I’m a busy working mother, and had to find something else to feed my family. Then I proceeded to call the East Moline IL location where I went and no answer. Well, hmm wonder why! They know what they did… Never will I go or order there again. I will give my hard working money to Chikfila. While enjoying their yummy food.

Chicken tenders fell well below expectations. Prices are insane. $50 for a 16 tender family meal with 4 tiny sides. Just a joke. Used to be good. No more KFC for us. We will go out and pay less.

Absolute worse service at a drive thru I ever had . Stopped by feb.26 around 4;30 . My dinner came with the wrong chicken selection . The biscuit was hard as a rock . Ask for some butter . Never got it . And to top it off , I realized when I got home I didnt even get a straw for the drink . Those guys working that day didnt give a care. How do you work at a chicken place and dont know the difference between dark and white chicken . Total dump.Wheelchair accessibility: easy to get into store
