Combine Steakhouse

Open Table allowed me to make a reservation for my wife's birthday for 2/21 only to arrive at the Combine and its closed. The restaurant waa empty but the doors were unlocked. The website said it was open. The hours on the door said they were open. There was no sign or indication the website or Open Table to let us know that the restaurant was closed. This was the epitome of unprofessionalism and disrepect for customers. An evening ruined. I will never dine at any of the Bass Street restaurants.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful dinner last night. Can't wait to go back!

The Combine never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and takes good care of you. The cooks make great food and their quality is consistent. The salmon with mushroom risotto is my favorite but getting pricey. The salmon BLT is half the cost and still amazing. My wife always gets the ham and gouda sandwich. That is a damn good sandwich as well.

Took over an hour to get our food. I was with a party of 12. The place wasn't packed or very busy for a Saturday night. I think our server had adhd.

Cocktails were great. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Server did a great job as well. Steaks were cooked to perfection. A smaller place than expected but comfortable seating. Overall, very happy and would recommend highly for the price range.

We had the New Year's Eve special for two. Duck appetizer was delicious. I highly recommend the raspberry dressing for your salad. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and delicious. Service was great. Can't wait to return.

Great staff! Everyone is friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was welcoming.

Thanksgiving buffet yesterday was awesome! Besides the food being so good the service was great too. It was so nice to have food that tasted as good as home cooked but also didn't have to do any clean up. Win win! We are going back Saturday night for prime rib.

Sorry. Food was horrible. Burnt bacon wrapped mushy Brussel sprouts, flavorless steak skewers, cold smoke chicken was tough. Feel bad because it has opportunities. No one at the table liked it.

Over priced and over rated. Special of the evening was prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. Our two specials were served with green beans instead of asparagus. We asked our server. She brought asparagus half way through our meal. The AC was blowing so hard on our table we all ate wearing coats and sweaters. The blowing AC made the food cold in minutes. The medium prime rib was a dry overdone end cut. To top it off our table of just six, with three checks, had an automatic gratuity of 21%!!!! The service was nothing beyond bringing us our order. I’ve had better prime rib and service a warm bar!

Chose this place because it was close to our hotel and we enjoyed it VERY MUCH!! We had steak and fish entrees and were wonderful!! Service was great and great design of place!!

We were a large party dining for a birthday dinner and it was very nice here. The servers were great, very accommodating, and the food was very good. Highly recommend the cheese curds and the bacon wrapped Brussels sprouts!

Great place. Great food. Great customer service. My favorite restaurant. Try the dessert! It’s fantastic.

Dirty Martini was awful, then the waiter divulged that the olive juice is not normal, and that people order it all the time and send it back. Why would you let people order it then? Food was decent. We went when the restaurant was first opening for the day, and all the waiters were standing around staring at us, which was uncomfortable.
