“Traveling through Quad City area, we stopped here for lunch and would definitely come back. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. I had the hot roast beef sandwich and the meat was tender with no fat. The gravy was delicious, it was not salty and had good beef flavor. My partner had a bacon burger and fries and the fries were so fresh - they came right from the fryer - HOT. The burger was good, too. After reading reviews we decided to have a slice of pie - chose pumpkin - and definitely a “made from scratch” pie. Great flavor, maybe the best I’ve had in awhile. The crust was disappointing though. Bland, calories without any flavor. We would definitely stop here again.“
“I heard about this place from QC Food Lovers, so my husband and I drove across the river to try this place out. One side is the bar with a few tables and the other side is the dining area. Aubry was our server and she was amazing! I chose the mushroom Swiss, smash burger, but substituted cheddar for the cheese. My husband chose the Tangler smash burger. These also came with a side and we both chose fries. This is one of the best burgers we’ve ever had!! So good!! They make them in house with ribeye, brisket, and chuck plus seasonings. If I had to say one thing, I wish they would make their own homemade fries. Other than that, it was totally worth the drive. Can’t wait to go back!“
“While visiting the QCA, we stopped here late afternoon for the first time in years with the intention of ordering from their all-day breakfast selection. We ended up having fish and chicken on the recommendation of a regular of this restaurant. The food and service was very good all around and the prices were super reasonable.“
