We go go taco John’s regularly, I went today and when I got home I realized half my order was missing, I called and I’m guessing the manager or owner called me back and he offered to deliver us a whole new order and he was very nice, I definitely was mad at first but he made it right and I will still continue to go to taco John’s. Their management was really great today and we didn’t even have to go back out in the snow to get the rest of our food!

Walked in was going to order a combo meal for myself and my husband. 4 guys working but never once acknowledged us at the counter at all. One in fact kept his back to us. Stood there for 10 minutes and nothing! We will not be back. Shame on your customer service skills.

First and LAST time trying Taco John's. Ordered thru app for drive thru pickup. Did Not receive one item I PAID for and another item ignored my customizations. What I did receive was BELOW Taco Bell quality. Steak in quesadilla was very tough. Their famous Potato Ole's are not as good as Taco Bell Nacho Fries.I seriously question "John's" business strategy in opening this chain... Let's serve lower-quality Taco Bell food and make money by STEALING from customers. BUSINESSES LIKE THIS NEED TO BE CLOSED!

Worst Taco John's experience that I have ever had. Being from Wyoming, I grew up on the wonderful experience of dining at a Taco John's. This visit was nothing more than a waste of time and money. First off. The owner, I believe was running the drive thru. He missed part of my order, so I went inside to get the items. They were made quickly but when I tasted them, they were awful. just like the Chicken burrito that had 3 small pieces of chicken in it buried under a mix of refried beans and beef mixture. The Steak crunch burrito didn't have any potato oles but again the bean and meat mixture. The 3 orders of potato oles were ice cold. All in all a waste of $30. I tried calling the store and the first attempt, no one answered and the next 2 times I was hung up on after asking to speak to a manager or the owner. I hope that someone from the franchise will see this and take the name off the building because this store doesn't deserve to have the name on it

What great management can’t get no one to answer the phone ever. Your sign says hiring but when I talked to the manager or employee I talked to was very rude. All around they need a whole new staff

I love taco johns. This location is now being operated by a family that clearly doesn't understand service and taco johns. Worst taco johns ever. Don't waste your cash. Rather eat 2 week old McDonald'

I went to the drive up an ordered a six pack and a pound (large sized) The lady asked me if I wanted any dipping sauce. I assumed dipping sauce was nacho cheeses or something like that. So I said no. When I got to the pickup window, the lady took my money and went to give me my change. Most places the cashier lets you see them put the coins on top of the bills. They used to give you the change first because they were counting the change into your hands. With computer cash registers all you have to do is count what the register says to give out. Anyway, my car is low and the window is high so I couldn't see the coins were already on the bills. I took the bills and as I brought them in the coins fell off the bills. I know 80 cents wont buy much these days but I don't drive down the highway throwing money out the windows either. Since she didn't ask if a wanted hot sauce I assumed it was in the bag. You guessed it no hot sauce. I don't know if that was in the dipping sauce she talked about on the other side. Was ketchup for the potato ole's also in the dipping sauce. All in all it was a very frustrating visit. My wife had suggested Taco Bell, I wish I had granted her wish.

I went through the drive through today, a lady who had an accent attempted to take my Order, but apparently the speaker was messing up, so I was asked to pull to the window where I was met by a young men, who appeared to be Mexican. He was nice, took my order, but made me pull around to wait on my order. I live 4 ish minutes from the location, so I went home, my husband and I pulled our order from the bag, the tacos were cold, the olays were cold and so was the cheese sauce and I didn't receive my taco sauce I asked for. I went right back to the location, pulled up, the gentleman asked me what was wrong, I told him all of my items were cold and I wanted them re made. He said what? How far away do you live? I said what, you literally just waited on me an he said I know but we had just dropped fresh beef, he remade it and I get home there is so much salt on the olays I couldn't eat them.

Just drive to taco bell instead. I was the only person in the drive through. She asked me multiple times what it was I was ordering even though I was reading off of the menu, I stayed parked at the window for 20 minutes for my food. The tacos were soggy, didn’t have the sauce that comes with them. and they only gave me half of my other meal. Just go eat somewhere else

The food was good. First time I've been to Taco Johns in years. They left our area many years ago. Will definitely go back. Food is good and prices very reasonable.
