Worst Taco John's experience that I have ever had. Being from Wyoming, I grew up on the wonderful experience of dining at a Taco John's. This visit was nothing more than a waste of time and money. First off. The owner, I believe was running the drive thru. He missed part of my order, so I went inside to get the items. I went to the drive up an ordered a six pack and a pound (large sized) The lady asked me if I wanted any dipping sauce. I assumed dipping sauce was nacho cheeses or something like that. So I said no. When I got to the pickup window, the lady took my money and went to give me my change. Most places the cashier lets you see them put the coins on top of the bills. We go go taco John’s regularly, I went today and when I got home I realized half my order was missing, I called and I’m guessing the manager or owner called me back and he offered to deliver us a whole new order and he was very nice, I definitely was mad at first but he made it right and I will still continue to go to taco John’s. Their management was really great today and we didn’t even have to go back out in the snow to get the rest of our food!
