We were told a few minutes before our appetizers arrived that they were out of one of the items we ordered. We waited an hour for most of our meals, the remaining two (salads) came out 15 minutes later. During the hour of waiting for our food, our server checked on our table only once, drinks were left empty. We complained to the manager prior to the final two meals being brought out. We visited for lunch today. Decorated so pretty and festive. Had the special called The Snowman. Loved it. So clever. So cute. Perfect. Plus tasted great.
I really want to love this place. I am an EM native. I’ve had the worst I’ve ever received anywhere when eating here recently. The lack of attentiveness is hard to overlook. This happened on multiple occasions. Bad reviews aren’t my thing. This place deserves it.
