We ordered pizzas last week which were delivered hot and tasted great. That was good. That online order came with a “free” medium pizza which needed to be ordered within a week online for delivery. After receiving 3-4 emails from Dominos reminding me of this deal, I tried to order just that pizza. Come to find out, there’s a $14.75 minimum for the “free” pizza and of course the $5 delivery fee. Not really free.
it finally happened, I ordered delivery that wasn't deliver and their phone number leads to an endless loop of no one answering.
I ordered 18pizzas for my daughters birthday party last Saturday and a staff member called the next day to let me know the timing of my order would be pushed back due to a very large order that had been placed months ago prior to mine. We moved my time around and everything was delicious and correct! I really appreciate this staff member going above and beyond on a Saturday morning to give me a courtesy call.
