“I ordered online and got errors stating problems with website on 12/16. I stopped by as it appeared that everything went through including the charge. I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.“

“Was at Edwardsville location on 3/5 for lunch. Don’t know the server’s name but she was terrific. Very genuinely friendly, not the fake kind a lot of servers portray. Food was fantastic and will make you want to return. The only complaint was the music, wasn’t the preferred old rock that was playing when first arrived.“

“I ordered 18pizzas for my daughters birthday party last Saturday and a staff member called the next day to let me know the timing of my order would be pushed back due to a very large order that had been placed months ago prior to mine. We moved my time around and everything was delicious and correct! I really appreciate this staff member going above and beyond on a Saturday morning to give me a courtesy call. If he wouldn’t have called none of the kids would have gotten pizza due to the timing of the party. Thank you!“

“Went to watch Karaoke and sat at the bar. The bartenders were extremely busy but took great care of us. We had a party of 3 and ordered drinks and food. The food was excellent (pulled pork and two different wraps). The total price, including a $20 tip was $80. It definitely beats any fast food and most sit down restaurants. Will be going back.“
