I stopped by the store and the manager saw what I was seeing and worked with me to get my order processed (which was not easily resolved). He was very patient and helped get my order processed. “Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. Even as we were leaving we were asked how was the service.“

“The food and service is good. I'm giving a 4 star due to the price of the honey BBQ chicken being too high. I went last week and was told for three pieces of honey BBQ chicken with no sides no bisquit was $13. Also, the honey bbq taste like ketchup mix with a little brown sugar(awful) its definitely NOT the honey bbq recipe that was served approx. 20 years ago. Wow!! I hope the price decreases soon.“

Ordered my food at roughly 11pm on Friday and got it sooner than expected with the food being very warm. Food was very very good and had a nice presentation to it. Most places its hit or miss when ordering late and close to their closing. But I wouldn't hesitate to order again. Delivery driver was awesome. This place deserves 5 stars.“

I forget her name, but she apologized for the issues and offered to send the correct pizza as soon as possible. She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.
