“We live 2 hours north and were in town for a Band Competition, we stopped in to eat. Our server Jordan was fabulous. With it being our first time there the manager sent us some free deviled eggs to sample! Highly recommend the deviled eggs, so tasty! They were a little busy with several parties and took a little longer to get our food but our server was attentive and apologetic for the wait. We were not mad or upset about the wait, totally understand when it’s busy. The manager gave us a free dessert for the wait. The customer service is top notch and they seem to care about the customers. And a plus that the food is delicious!!!! Highly recommend!! We will def be back!“

“The ice cream is very good, but...don't plan on any "naughty" flavors at the Edwardsville store, probably ever. That aspect is very disappointing. Service is great, atmosphere good. The owners should be up-front and post "no boozy flavors" on the Edwardsville website, not just a sign inside (after you're already inside the store). The ice cream was very tasty, but I was craving something "special".“

“This has to be one of the best Indian meals we have ever had. We called the day before for pickup the next afternoon. He was so helpful with deciding spice level for each dish. Everything was ready when we arrived and packed carefully so it stayed warm. We shared all dishes and loved every one. My favorite was the coconut curry chicken. They added complimentary wraps and rice pudding, which was absolutely delicious. So happy we found this place, so easy and absolutely loved how each dish was spiced differently and tasted homemade and fresh!“

“I've always loved MOD Pizza. How can you not like it. All fresh ingredients, with a lot of choices of fresh veggies and meats. All put together right in front of you and cooked in just a few minutes. (Well, not the salads .😂) My wife and I had salads this time. They're just as awesome as the pizzas. Emma prepared our food and she was just an 😇 angel. We really enjoyed talking with her. The restaurant is always super clean and comfortable and relaxing. I really wish they would bring one over to Fairview Heights or either Shiloh. That would definitely be my go-to restaurant at least two to three times a week. “Based on my experience, the Panera staff in Edwardsville always delivers exceptional service and high quality food and drinks within a clean and safe setting. I’ve observed it can be a challenge to maintain responsive and high quality service, within a clean environment given changing customer demands, their nuanced food preferences, unwillingness to cleanup after themselves, and customers just having a bad day, along with normal staffing and supply change challenges. That’s normal for the fast-paced, casual dining business But I’ve always observed the Panera team here consistently demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect for all, the customer and their staff, while still maintaining healthy boundaries for those rare difficult situations.
