Excellent service! My order took a little longer than expected but this waitress and manager took care of me! Didn't catch their names but very friendly & kind. Thank you!
The food was decent and I enjoyed my meal overall. However, I was concerned about the new kiosk system. There was little to no information provided indicating that some of the options or games on the kiosk would result in additional charges. Because of this, it could be very easy for customers to accidentally spend money without realizing it.

The server at Buffalo Wild Wings in Effingham was great and provided excellent service. However, I was confused and disappointed to find a $2.99 charge for playing a game on their kiosk. There was no mention of a fee or confirmation before starting. Charges like this should only happen when customers are clearly made aware beforehand.
