While driving south on I-57 I started to get hungry, so I suggested to the wife that we look for a place in Effingham. Moments later she started laughing and cracking up… we had to check your place out just for the name of it. Was not disappointed at all. Wife said the Wings were excellent, had a nice smooth Smokey flavor and finished off to a nice crisp. Excellent choice. I had the pulled pork and brisket on fries. The pulled pork was juicy, and the brisket was fall apart tender. The flavors were spot on. Very happy we stopped, and look forward to the next time we are in the area so we can eat here again. Thanks for the laughs and the wonderful food. Highly recommend.

Was in town for a purchase of granite and found these guys across the street from our hotel. And what a find it was we had pulled pork and fries and brisket and fries. The pulled pork was tender and juice and full of favor. The brisket was fall apart tender and best I ever had. The hand cut fries are the BEST!! You have to try these guys they have it down pat. We are from out of town and we are coming back!!!👍

These guys may have THE best French dip sandwich around. It could pass for a cheesesteak as well. 10/10 recommend!

Food and service was amazing! We got a bacon BBQ burger, 2 French dips, BBQ nachos, and a meat platter with brisket, chicken, sausage. and pulled pork on it. Even with all that and a couple sides we only paid around $60 and my kids inhaled it all. Quality food with an awesome flavor at a good price can't beat it!!!

I have had BBQ all over. They smoke it low and slow. Portions are very well. If you have a small stomach...you'll have a small second meal. Pulled pork fries, double burger, and cheese curds were delicious.

Every time I pass through, I make it a point to stop at this BBQ food truck. They know me as Eddie from Texas, and they never disappoint. The brisket sandwich was incredible—moist, tender, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I’m not sure why they even include the BBQ sauce; the meat stands out on its own.

We also tried the chicken strips with wings and parmesan fries, and they were just as impressive. My wife and daughter went for the French dip, which they said was fantastic. The portions were huge—so much so they both only managed to eat half.

If you’re anywhere near this spot, do yourself a favor and give it a try. It’s always worth it.
