I'm dropping a start because I was surely disappointed that a farm to table restaurant that specializes in farm grown vegetables had one entree choice for vegetarians and it was simply listed as a seasonable vegetarian pasta, so one has no idea what it might be. It WAS delicious but why make vegetarians second class? We would also like some type of protein in our dishes and choices than salads or sides.“
