“I like to treat myself a couple times of month with a scoop of ice cream. First off i am handicapped and the last 2 times I went there once late afternoon and once in the evening,the spot was taken by a non handicapped person waiting to pick up an employee. Also the last 2 times, the scoops keep getting smaller AND they have ice crystals or chunks in them. Not enjoyable at all I'm thinking of going to DQ from now on. Also this BR never had 31 flavors. Lots of empty spots . Last months special ran out mid month too and when i asked about it, they said it was unavailable ! Youve lost a repeat customer“
