Burger King in Elgin really lets you 'Have It Your Way'! My vegetarian girlfriend and I went on Sunday to try their new Philly Melts. The manager was super cool about making two Impossible patty versions for us. Those new sandwich buns were bomb too - they should definitely add a 'create your own burger' option with them. Staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile. Solid spot, will be back for sure.

I usually love you guys. Your service has always been a great experience, but the hours are lies. I have gone through drive through on days it claims to be open 24 hours and it’s closed. More recently I went today, because I saw online it said open. It was 5:10 am and saw two workers inside. Went up to the drive through speaker and nothing. I sat there waiting thinking maybe they didn’t hear or had to run to use the restroom but nothing. I thought maybe the sensors weren’t...

I'm a long time customer. Most of the employees are really nice. Especially the young teens. When i order in the drive through they offer me a crown for my son sometimes which makes his day. Once in a blue moon I'll eat inside and the kids do a good job cleaning. Theyvare very polite too. Also honestly with the couponsnits cheaper than mcdonalds now a days. The only reason I don't give a full 5 stars is because sometimes my chicken sandwich is overcooked or they...
