Friendly and welcoming staff. Food was delicious and the margaritas were excellent! This was my first time there and I'll definitely be going back.

Loteria was so much fun! The drinks were yummy and the "el jefe" platter felt like my grandma was in the kitchen! We also love their other place... La Ilusion in cville.

Pretty nice looking restaurant. However once you get inside the service kind of dwindles. I had placed an order for takeout, when I arrived to pick it up I noticed there was nobody at the front to greet or seat me. (Not that I needed it but you expect to see hostesses at the front. I let myself in proceeded to the bar. I was looking around for the wait staff but the only person I could spot was the bartender. I felt bad for this guy because he was the only one that seemed to be working hard to make the drinks and even though he didn't have to check on me, he did. It seemed like everyone he would try to turn to for help just blew him off. Not sure what animosity was there but it definitely was. Every time he would ask his coworkers to check on my order they would simply shrug and give him the "I dunno" ?. After waiting for 15 minutes, the bartender went back into the kitchen himself and came out with my order. Which tells me it was done and just sitting back there. Food was also a little cold. Overall, it's a good place. I believe I just caught them off guard and not at their best.

We had the most wonderful experience with Carminas Banquet for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, making everything smooth and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect.

A special shoutout to Kevin and Rene, who were super attentive on our big day. They made sure everything ran like clockwork, ensuring that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the setup to the flow of the event, everything was well-organized and exactly how we envisioned it.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure everything was perfect really stood out. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and we highly recommend Carminas Banquet to anyone looking for a venue that truly cares about your event!

Loved everything about Carmina’s but have to let you all to be aware that they put a extra tip fee of 20% on large parties , we had 7 people (3 of them kids ) got the bill & we decided to split in half , we did not notice the added tip fee & gave our waiter over 20% tip , he wound up getting a $79.00 tip from us for a hour & half work !! Granted he was a great waiter but not that great ! So please check your bill.

The food is good, the place is very nice, but terrible service, a quiet, unoccupied day and they serve you at every moment, they don't even offer you a dessert. And they want you to vacate quickly.

Awesome atmosphere, superb portions and great flavors. I almost always get the torta but have not been disappointed with any dishes. Chicken fajitas is wife's favorite.
